In case you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit we will gladly replace it with another item – of suitable size or color – or you can return it for a refund.

For online purchases – the money is refunded to your Visa or Mastercard card within 5 business days of receiving the product by OLIZ office, provided that the item is returned in new unused condition and original packaging.

For offline purchases – the money is refunded at the store where the item was purchased.

- returns are accepted within 14 days of the order date;

- to be eligible for a return the item must preserve all consumer properties (unused condition, original intact packaging)

- to request a return call us at +38 066 155 37 63 or e-mail us at olizbrand@gmail.com stating the order number, the product name and the reason for return

- ship the product to our office at # 210 Nova Poshta branch

- after the item has been returned to our office and inspected and it proved to retain all the original consumer properties, your money will be refunded within 5 business days. If you paid with a credit card the money will be refunded to the card used to purchase the order.
